We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. As our studio has grown, we have had increased issues with clients failing to honor this policy.
Services $75 or greater will require a credit card on file. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the missed appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 fours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% service charge.
